FAQ’S

What do I Wear?

Cryotherapy: Wear minimal clothing such as shorts and a sports bra (for women) or boxers/shorts (for men). We provide protective gear including gloves, socks, and slippers to protect your extremities during the session. Avoid any metal jewelry or moisture on your skin (e.g., sweat, lotion).

Sauna: A swimsuit or towel is ideal. You’ll want breathable, light clothing to allow for sweat evaporation and comfort.

Infrared Light Bed: For best results, minimal clothing is recommended—swimwear or underwear works well. The more skin exposed, the more effective the light therapy. Again, please remove any metal jewelry before the session.

Can I bring food and drinks?

We kindly ask that you only bring water to stay hydrated during your session/s. Food and other drinks aren’t allowed, as spills can damage our equipment and affect the experience for others.

Should I come early for my scheduled appointment?

Yes, please arrive a few minutes early. Our equipment runs on a tight schedule to ensure everyone gets their full session time and the best possible experience.

Is there somewhere to change if I am coming from work/gym?

Yes! Members have full access to our locker rooms, showers, and steam room. Non-members can use our public cubbies for storage. We recommend bringing your own lock if you’d like to secure your belongings inside the locker room.
